**Please note that refund*** is only permitted if the item received was faulty when collected and declared faulty within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact customer support on for more information about our refund policy and in case you want to refund a faulty item.
***Due to the fact that our play-mats are fully personalised products and therefore cannot be re-sold, refund is not permitted if item is damaged by customer or customer no longer wants the item.
