**Please note that refund*** is only permitted if the item received was faulty when collected and declared faulty within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact customer support on email@example.com for more information about our refund policy and in case you want to refund a faulty item.
***Due to the fact that our play-mats are fully personalised products and therefore cannot be re-sold, refund is not permitted if item is damaged by customer or customer no longer wants the item.
